Install Hepi
Download, install, and launch Hepi for Windows. Check system requirements and initial setup tips.

Hepi currently supports Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit). Support for macOS and Linux is currently in development.
Download the Installer. Visit the Hepi Download Page and grab the latest Windows
.exeinstaller.Run the Installation. Open the downloaded file. Windows might ask for permission to install – select Yes to proceed. Hepi installs quickly and doesn’t require a complex setup wizard.
Launch Hepi. Once finished, Hepi will usually launch automatically. If not, find it in your Start Menu.
You’ll see the Hepi window appear on your screen, ready for the next step.
Pro-Tips for a Smooth Start
Run as Administrator
To ensure all features work properly, especially when using Hepi alongside protected applications or secure environments like Safe Exam Browser, you should run Hepi as Administrator.
Antivirus Software
Features such as Screenshot Unblock and SEB Bypass may be flagged as false positives by antivirus software. Rest assured, Hepi is completely safe to use. If your antivirus prevents Hepi from running, please add Hepi to exclusion list.

- Windows: Supported (10/11, x64 recommended).

After Installation
- Continue to Sign In and First-Time Setup.
- If the app does not open, go to Install and Login Troubleshooting.
