Install and Login

Getting running and logged in is the first step to experiencing Hepi. Use this guide if you encounter issues launching the app or logging into your account.

Hepi Will Not Open or Crashes on Launch

  • Incomplete Installation: If Hepi doesn’t appear in your Start menu, re-run the installer.
  • Antivirus Interference: Some antivirus software may mistakenly block Hepi. Adding Hepi to exclusion list to use it normally.

Login Issues

Hepi generates a random login code and redirects you to your web browser for authentication.

Browser Does Not Open

If clicking the Login button doesn’t open your browser:

  1. Copy the login url from Hepi
  2. Open your web browser (Chrome, Edge, etc.)
  3. Paste the url in your browser and access it
  4. Sign in as usual

“Code Already Used” or “Expired”

If the browser says the code is invalid:

  • Restart the login process in Hepi to generate a fresh code. Codes are short-lived for security.

App Doesn’t Update After Browser Success

If the browser says “Success” but Hepi stays on the login screen:

  • Wait up to 30 seconds for the synchronization to complete.
  • Ensure your internet connection is stable.
  • If it still hangs, restart Hepi and try the login one more time.
