How the Hepi free trial works, what's included, and what happens when it ends.

Eligible new users get a 7-day Premium trial — no payment required. The trial activates automatically on your first login from a new device.

The trial gives you full Premium access plus 500 Meeting Points, so you can test Hepi's most advanced tools before committing to a plan.

What’s included

During your 7-day trial you get:

  • Full Premium access — every Pro feature plus the SEB desktop toggle shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+D).
  • 500 points — added to your account balance to run sessions with Meeting Assistant and Hepi Insights.
  • Full AI performance — the same response speed and model access as a paid subscription.
Tip
Ghost Mode, Text Capture, and Type to Window are available on all plans including Free — no trial required to use them.

Make the most of your trial

Test the features you can’t access on Free — not just the assistant:

  • Run a privacy tool — Enable Hide from Screenshots and Screen Recording and verify your Hepi window doesn’t appear in recordings.
  • Test SEB support — If you use Safe Exam Browser, verify the desktop unlock and patch enforcement features work in your exam setup.
  • Run a meeting session — Start a session with Meeting Assistant using your 500 trial points and check the transcription and insight quality.

When the trial ends

After 7 days:

  • If you were on Free before the trial — your account reverts to Free automatically.
  • If you had an active Pro subscription — you are restored to Pro.
  • Pro and Premium tools become unavailable on Free until you upgrade.
  • The 500 trial points expire at the end of the 7-day period.
